Vanakkam, I am updating this blog after a while – it’s been a tremendous time since the last update on this website. Much has been done. A lot has been achieved. With the guidance from Gods & Guru. This post is about the long overdue blog on our successfull dinner event that was held recently where we managed to achieve manifold purposes, introducing the ashram, raise fund for the monastery in Bentong, explaining the ashram’s function etc.. Maha Arudra – Tiruvembavai Homa Puja 8th January 2009

Maha Ardra the final Year End Ardra are usually celebrated in ashram with great festival. This year’s Ardra is special in a sense because it’s the first Ardra puja at the new place and Gurunathan is performing the homa. It was a special, joyous night with many new faces and old joining the puja. Annandhanam was served at the end of the puja ceremony, unfortunately it had kind of became a supper because the puja finished quite late into the night. By the time the food served it has already midnight! Aum Namah Sivaya!

The First Saivite Monastery Academy Buidling Fund Raising Dinner 2009

In this post i want to stress a very important announcement of an upcoming event which is The First Saivite Monastery Building Fund Raising Dinner Event 2009. We have been working very hard almost every single day since two months back organising this dinner, which is going to be a very exclusive 40 table only first launching of the Malaysia’s First Saivite Monastery Academy, which is going to be based in Bentong, Pahang. The Dinner features some of the itinerant musicians such as Sri Samuel J Dass & Entourage, Lasya Arts For Bharatha Natyam, Sri Yoges, DJ Maran (THR) as MC, JB Maran  and more. We are pushing ourself to sell the tickets off and it’s been encouraging so far and there a still more tickets to go and we’re hoping to do a memorable event for the beloved donors who so kindly had the heart to spend RM5000 & RM2000 for the tables. As promised, more pictures and some videos are due for this post, to add a small note as a newsworthy subject – The Advaita Siddhantha Dharmasala Food Fair 2008 has been successfully organized and completed on 21st December 2008 – Sunday. It was a great project which was almost single handedly done by our Sadhaka Sundra Natha. The Shifting Of Ashram

Ashram has finally shifted from the previous place which used to be in Indian Settlements. Finally, after 15 years of toiling and performing dharma and living out our karmic patterns, we have moved from one place to another place. The only difference is – The new place is a heaven compared to the previous one. As would Guruji said to us in a recent meeting – “It’s a holiday everyday when i am here!”. The shifting process itself was a very very tenous, tiring and difficult process, Most of us went into some form of breakdown during the process and the saddest part was Guruji had fallen seriously sick due to excessive work and very less sleep and rest. So, then.. now we bring you the pictures and some videos of the shifting process and the excellent Shiva Temple Kumbha abhishegam that was done out of pure love and devotion. Sunday Class

30th November 2008 – Sunday Classes, Surya Namaskar & Hatha Yoga + Hinduism Classes was a special event today. Thanks to the committee of the Shri Muniswaran Alayam the classes was held in a temple and it was a breathtaking feeling to be able to see the children practising asanas and learning in a blessed environment. It was a relaxed and cooling and feeling like being watched by devas while we perform our dharmas. The  Temple which is situated at the Kenneison Brothers land, is in the vicinity of our Ganesha temple. Guruji wanted to bring the children here as a part of the shifting process, to introduce to parents the future area where they will have to send their childrens for Sunday classes. Aum Namah Shivaya!.

Bringing everyone to a speedy update on our fast moving Ganesha Land Project. The work is ongoing and gearing up to a notch. We’ve dug the Homa pit, building for the deities are coming up, temporary cabins have been identified and concrete for the beams are in place. Let the pictures tell you the rest.
